Same day delivery and shipping terms
We have 2 options for delivery of flowers, plants and gifts.
- Same day delivery within a 30km radius from us in Karrinyup. Orders in before 11am Monday to Saturday.
- Pick up from our home studio Karrinyup
If we receive your order after 11am, we will deliver next working day.
If the postal code of your order is not on our list, as it may be farther than 30 kilometers, please contact us. We may be able to deliver depending on the current schedules.
Our courier will love it if told if there is a security gate at the recipient's residence and if there are any special instructions where to leave their gift.
Our courier will not leave orders at an unsecured address if the recipient is unavailable to collect them at the time of delivery. The order will be returned to our studio. An additional delivery fee will apply for a second delivery to another address. Alternatively, they can pick up the order from our home studio in Karrinyup.
Please note: PLANTS are only delivered locally to Perth suburbs by our courier, no shipping available on living plants due to Australian Quentine restrictions. Pick up from our home studio Karrinyup also an option.
2. Postal/shipping orders, we use Australia Post and Sendle Courier companies. Australia wide.
Shipping may take approx. 2 -4 working days for all suburbs here in Perth. For further distance outside Perth and other Australian states, shipping may take between 4 to 21 days.
The price for shipping Australia wide depends on the weight, size of package and postcode, additional cost may apply. Standard price of $18 for shipping on small light weight floral arrangements.
For long distance shipping, large parcels or remote areas, additional charges will occur. We will contact you with the final shipping charges once florals are packed ready to ship.
All preserved floral arrangements and gift boxes include a handmade greeting card with your personal message.
The gift boxes are prepared carefully for shipping with Kraft shredded paper to secure all items in the gift box are secure. Some items such as fine bone china cups and candle votives are bubble wrapped. Ribbon with a bow is tied around each gift box and then packed snug in a shipping box ready for delivery.
